Dancers today are under a lot of demand and need to be at their best.
A dancer needs a wide range of components ranging from neuromuscular coordination, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, body composition and muscular endurance.
Adding a progressive strength and power program to an already established dancers schedule, they are conditioned to train at a level closer to a performance intensity!

This class is designed to build the bond between a parent and their child.
We know that a dancers/athletes body is very taxed and needs strength in specific areas and us parents need the same strength!
So, instead of telling our children that strength, stamina and conditioning is important; we will SHOW them!
This class will build the smaller muscles in a dancers body to keep them safe, but will also build balance stability for a grown-ups body. Both very important, because you are both important!
